Fasting is not only to refrain from eating and drinking. Meaning of Ramadan should be understood by everyone so that not to be misconstrued.

Among the benefit of fasting during ramadhan is that we can save money for daily saving because wasting is the behavior of the devil. As Muslims, we must get used to fasting in moderation and must always remember the poor person and more needed.We here want to share with you guys some tips to overcome wasting during Ramadhan. There are;

  • Budget Management - Do not budget in terms of money, but manage the budget   in terms of foods and drinks when breaking fast.

  • Schedule Menu Managements - Prepare different menu for each day to avoid boring
  • Avoid going to any Bazaar Ramadhan - When we are at the Bazaar Ramadhan, usually we will be going "Wowww, there's so many food, I want to buy that! That! And that!"
  •

  • Time Limit -  Each time you go to the Bazaar Ramadhan, do not spend more  than half an hour there.

    How We Overcome Challenges During Ramadhan

    Loading

    Hi guys...
    It has been 3 weeks, we were fasting during Ramadhan month, a lot of challenges we have been through, in some cases it requires a high tolerance in ourselves to overcome such of the trails. Among of challenges we have through in this 3 weeks of Ramadhan such as overslept and missed the 'sahur' time. It is because, we spent all night long to complete the assignment and laboratory report.

    With the long days and the hot weather lead us to feel thirst, hungry and exhausted especially for Muslims who work outside in the excessive heat. In addition, by looking non-muslim eating and drinking in front of us. Thus, It is challenge our faith but we are strong and never give up to continue our fasting. Sometime during lecture class, we suddenly heard some of our classmates stomach creating a nice sound (kriiookkk), but that is a normal things during Ramadhan. This moment only can be seen during Ramadhan and we keep it as our memories.

    Usually, our class will end at 6 p.m. Our intentions to go to Bazaar Ramadhan had to be canceled, we make a decisions to buy some foods at Cafe Al-Radzi but all the food sold was finished. At last, we break the fast with snacks with full of patience. On weekends, we take our time to go to the Bazaar Ramadhan at Alor Gajah. Unfortunately, a crowded road conditions and people causes us to break our fasting with some dates in the car however it is challenge for us but it is happy moment for us.

    The beginning of life as a Bachelor student in UniKL MICET (Part 1)

    Loading

    This are the combination of story of three persons experiences. Our life just began as a Bachelor student at UniKL (Malaysian Institute of Chemical Bioengineering Technology) since 17th of July 2011 during registration day. Before this, we are doing Diploma for three years to completed our study at the same university, a lot changes happened for the past three years. Now, we are going to start the new chapter in our life with meaningful smiling and new determination. For sure, we are very excited to start our new life with new environment. Grateful to the divine because give us an opportunity to further our study.

    "Why UniKL Micet be our primary choice to further study to the next level?". Based on our knowledge this University was applied the hand-on technique for their students during laboratory session. This was an advantage for the student to exposed them in real life of working world. In our opinion, UnikL Micet is strategic place for study because the environment is harmonious and peaceful. It is suitable and help us to concentrate more on our study. Other than that, we are really enjoy because getting a new classmate. Hopefully, all of us will give a good cooperation until at the end of semester.

    To be continue.......
